Most drug tests are geared toward identifying mood-altering compound, not hemp. Our hemp is isolated and therefore will not result in a failed drug test. However, Full Spectrum products may have components that, with regular use, could potentially be detected in drug tests. We recommend trying the products at home with no plans to operate any heavy machinery for your first time to see how the product affects you, then plan your hemp routine accordingly.

We recommend going by the serving size listed for the product and then increasing slowly by small increments if needed.

Some people feel more sleepy taking full spectrum products compared to hemp isolate so plan your first try when it won’t interfere with plans should this be the case for you.

To track an order, you can either check your shipping confirmation email from Vena and click on the tracking number there. Or you can login to your account via our site, click on the order in your history and then click “track shipment”. This will link you to UPS’s tracking service where you can see the progress of the shipment. 

No, unfortunately at this time we only ship within the USA. 

We offer full refunds for any products purchased within the 30 days of purchase. Any refund requests made after 30 days of purchase will not qualify for a refund. Please contact us at support@venahemp.com with any questions.

Processing times are dependent on your bank and may take 5 to 7 business days to post to your debit or credit card.

Our packages say Vena, but there is no mention of hemp anywhere on the exterior of the package. 

Please understand shipping times do not include our processing time. We do our best to ship orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed and processed after our UPS pickup time will enter the queue for the next day. 

We deem a package "lost" if the UPS tracking has not updated for 7 days. Sometime facilities do not scan and UPS can be delayed, but if it has been 7 days with no updates on your tracking, please contact support@venahemp.com.

If you cannot find your package, please contact UPS first. We also suggest talking to neighbors and other members of your household to see if someone brought in your package. If you cannot locate the package after 3 days from delivered date, please contact support@venahemp.com.

Depending on the person, hemp can take a few days up to a few weeks of consistent use to reach the desired effect.

As with anything, side effects are a possibility; but, there are no known side effects with taking our hemp.

Consistency is key with hemp. After a week without any noticeable differences, try increase your serving size. We offer a full refund of your purchase within 30 days, so we encourage you to stick with it for at least 15 days. 

Serving size can vary depending on the person and their specific needs using hemp. We recommend first timers start with the serving listed on the packaging specific to each product. From there, increase if needed. 

You may need to adjust your serving size and it is safe to do so! We recommend doing so in small increments until you reach your desired effect.

Yes. hemp is not known to cause adverse reactions with medications; however, we recommend consulting with your doctor for any specific concerns.

Yes! Our hemp Soft Chews were specifically formulated for pets! Many of our customers do use our 500mg Tincture drizzled over their pet's food too!

While children over 2 years old can take hemp, it is always best to check with your pediatrician if you have any specific concerns.

There is a lack of conclusive data on the effects of hemp use while pregnant or breastfeeding so we suggest consulting with your doctor before purchasing.

Our hemp is grown in Kentucky! Kentucky's ecology is perfect fore growing hemp, The growing season is longer and the soil is richer than Colorado's, making the quality of the hemp superb. Growing under the Kentucky Hemp Pilot Program is 100% compliant with Section 7606 of the 2014 Farm Bill, which means harvesting and distributing is 100% legal at a federal level. 

Medium-Chain Triglyceride, more commonly known as MCT Oil is a natural fatty acid often extracted from coconuts. These healthy fact acids are used as the carrier oil for our hemp Isolate, allowing the hemp to be absorbed into the body quickly and effectively. MCT oil has been proven to have many health benefits such as reducing stored body fat, improving mood and better digestion.

Those numbers represent the total milligrams of hemp present in the bottle. For example, in our 30mL bottle of our 1,000mg Tincture, there is 1,000mg of hemp total. If you were to take 1mL of the Tincture, you would get approximately 33mg of hemp!
